TO USE

Supporting the outer corner of your eye, to help with the application, apply the liquid eyeliner along the top of your upper lashes. Pressing with light to medium pressure, start from the inner part of the eye extending out to the edge of the eye. For added definition, use the cone tip of the Kajal liner. For a more dramatic look, apply gently to the lower lashes.
