Delivery
UK Delivery Policy
01. We offer a Standard FREE delivery to anywhere in the UK and N Ireland.
02. Little Black Dress is a luxury online marketplace and you may receive your goods in different shipments from the brand(s) directly to you.
03. Standard delivery usually takes 2-7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to reach you from dispatch. In the case of made-to-order items, delivery times can take a little longer. Please refer to each individual product page for more information.
A signature may be required upon receipt so please ensure there is someone there to accept your package. If you are not there to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange redelivery or collection.
Express Delivery
01. Please order before 3pm Monday – Thursday to receive your order within 1-3 business days*.
02. Express orders are only dispatched on working days: any Express orders placed on Friday or the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
03. For Saturday delivery options please email hello@littleblackdress.co.uk to discuss. For a next day service please also reach out to our team for special delivery options.
*Subject to location and courier service, some postcodes may be exempt from Express Delivery. Little Black Dress can not be held responsible for couriers not delivering on time due to any service disruption.
International Delivery
Returns Policy
01. You have up to 14 days from receipt of goods to return your items. You can return by simply downloading a QR code onto your phone, or if you prefer, printing off a returns label, before dropping your package(s) into your local Post Office. UK customers only.
02. A £4 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
