Who is Lana Del Rey? Almost unheard of about a year ago, the husky-voiced singer has alarmingly burst onto the scene; rising through the charts at phenomenal speed and ticking off top magazine covers on her way. This month, it's Vogue.

In between chart topping and glossy gracing Lana managed to squeeze in a private dinner hosted by Mulberry where she donned a jaw-dropping floor length black evening dress, following the Mulberry Autumn/Winter 2012 show for London Fashion Week. The custom-made Mulberry dress consisted of a flowing skirting attached to the tighter bustier top with a sheer panel of lacing. The three-quarter sleeved and high neck lace overlay gave the overall look a vintage essence; especially with Ms. Del Rey's sophisticated sleek chignon. The singer proudly accessorised later on the red carpet with a stunning tote in Ostrich White, hailed from the new design of Mulberry bags which will be released in May, dubbed The Del Rey- after the singer herself.
