Kim Kardashian conceals baby bump in sheer dress

In case you haven't heard, Kim Kardashian is pregnant. The happy news was revealed by father-to-be Kanye West at one of his concerts last week when he professed his love to his "baby mamma”. Kim herself celebrated the news in a Las Vegas club on New Year's Eve wearing a intricately detailed lace LBD that no doubt caught the attention of fellow partiers. The black body-con dress featured sheer black lace and fishnet detailing with a patent PVC look that featured crucial heavy embroidery to maintain some of the reality star's modesty. She paired the intriguing dress with a pair of black pointed toe Louboutin heels and a pair of diamond stud earrings. Although the dress was perhaps not the most flattering Kim is heading in the right direction with this heavy applique detailing set to take the S/S 13 catwalks by storm.
