Amber Lounge Singapore Weekend

Last week we revealed that Little Black Dress would be providing a premium style element to VIP F1 party company, Amber Lounge, for their 2015 and 2016 events starting at the weekend in Singapore. Team LBD were there to witness the weekend's events including the legendary F1 driver fashion show on Saturday evening watched by a star-studded A-list crowd, including singer Eve, supermodel Jessica Button and Black Eyed Peas rapper Apl.de.ap, followed by a glam party near the formula one Marina Bay Street Circuit. We'd heard a little about what Amber Lounge parties entailed, but nothing could prepare us for such a fabulous evening! Saturday's opening night commenced at the fashion show with a mind-blowing live performance and DJ set by Apl.de.ap who, alongside six other international DJ's, had guests and celebrities rocking on the dancefloor into the early hours. At the end of the show, the newly crowned Miss Universe Singapore 2015, Lisa Marie White, was also revealed to the public for the first time and will represent the Lion City at the upcoming Miss Universe 2015 competition. The evening also saw the launch of one of the world's most expensive fragrances with a price tag of $190,000! Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel celebrated his 2015 Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix win at Amber Lounge on the Sunday evening, along with 16 other F1 drivers including Fernando Alonso, Kimi Raikkonen, Pastor Maldonado, Carlos Sainz Jr., Nico Hulkenberg and Will Stevens. Team LBD and other party-goers were treated to a stunning Stella Artois bar, free flowing bottles of champagne and Belvedere vodka (also the official sponsor of the upcoming James Bond 007 Spectre film!) served by glamorous hostesses all wearing gorgeous dresses from the LBD Collection! Post event, founder of Amber Sonia Irvine shared with us that "the people in Singapore have the most amazing party spirit and year after year Amber Lounge succeeds in providing them with the most extravagant setting to experience the true glamour of F1.
